Safeguarding your information is important to us. This PRIVACY POLICY applies to AeroForester Cloud, a web-based geospatial and AI platform designed for forestry management, and covers all content, data, and software associated with the AeroForester system located at www.AeroForester.com.

By using the AeroForester platform, you (referred to as “you” or “your”) agree to the data practices described below. Unless otherwise specified, all references to AeroForester include its online services, platform features, and related applications. AeroTract LLC, the developer, manager, and operator of AeroForester, including its employees, officers, and agents, will be referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

However, we may use aggregated or anonymized data to enhance platform performance and may share limited data with trusted service providers who assist us with functions such as analytics, customer support, or communication. These providers are strictly prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering contracted services and must keep it confidential.
